Overview
We are hiring a Paid Social Account Director to join Zenith International, where performance meets creativity at scale. This is a pivotal role shaping how a global fashion brand connects with audiences through smart, insight-led social strategy. You’ll work at the intersection of brand and performance, helping H&M unlock growth through bold thinking and measurable impact. If you enjoy leading teams, influencing clients, and turning complexity into clear direction, this role will provide both opportunity and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver paid social strategy for H&M, ensuring activity drives both brand impact and commercial outcomes
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and grow the account strategically
- Lead response-to-brief development, translating data into clear, compelling media plans
- Guide and support Account Managers on campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, media partners, and internal specialists
- Champion testing, learning frameworks, and measurement approaches to demonstrate effectiveness
- Create a high-performing team culture, coaching and developing talent across the function
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading Paid Social activity at Account Director level (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance campaigns across key social platforms
- Experience managing and developing teams, creating an environment where people can grow
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, able to communicate clearly and influence direction
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect media plans to broader business objectives
- Strong grasp of measurement and attribution, including the strengths and limitations of different approaches
- Collaborative, proactive approach with a focus on delivering solutions and continuous improvement
