Paid Social Director (12-Month FTC) | Global Media Agency | Up to £60,000
Major Players is recruiting a Paid Social Director on behalf of one of the world's leading global media agencies, to work on a major global entertainment/audio brand across the French, Italian, German and Spanish markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Account Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Account Director, to take ownership of a high-profile, brand-led paid social account with genuine scale - spanning brand and performance activity, including app install campaigns.
The Role
As Paid Social Director, you'll take day-to-day ownership of paid social planning, activation, and output across a busy, multi-market client account. You'll manage a hybrid team of local and offshore specialists, act as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, and help shape the strategic direction of paid social across the account.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive paid social media plans aligned to client objectives and KPIs
- Manage brand and performance campaigns, including app install activity
- Lead a hybrid team (local + global hub) responsible for end-to-end campaign setup
- Own quality assurance standards and best practice across the account
- Lead client calls, reporting, and performance insight
- Build strong relationships with key media partners (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, X)
- Support the development and management of junior team members
About You

- Strong background in paid social with experience across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Pinterest)
- Experience with app install/MAI campaigns is highly advantageous
- Proven people management experience
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and with global/offshore teams
- Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Previous Account Director experience, or a strong AM (2.5+ years) ready to progress

- 12-month FTC (maternity cover)
- Salary up to £60,000, DOE
- UK-based, hybrid working (3 days in-office)
- Immediate start required
