Job Description
You will own and scale customer acquisition across Meta and TikTok for a fast-growing dental technology brand. This hands-on performance marketing role involves managing ad accounts, testing creative angles, and analyzing data to drive growth. You’ll work closely with content creators to turn performance insights into winning ad campaigns.

What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and optimize high-performing customer acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok to meet aggressive growth and ROAS targets.
- Analyze core performance metrics like CAC and CPA to turn raw data into actionable briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators.
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, hooks, and native TikTok formats to identify and scale winning creative assets.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses deep hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns within Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, specifically for DTC or consumer brands.
- Demonstrates a strong instinct for performance creative, with the ability to identify high-converting hooks and work effectively with UGC content creators.
- Proves highly analytical with the ability to make rapid optimization decisions based on CAC, LTV, and conversion rate data to maximize spend.
