OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to help drive performance across our international markets. You’ll play a hands‑on role in building, optimising and analysing Paid Social campaigns, making sure we’re using the right channels, formats and audiences to hit our brand and commercial goals.
This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, testing new ideas and staying ahead of what’s happening across the social landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Grow and refine audiences to support a strong retargeting strategy
- Ensure we’re visible on the right platforms and placements
- Share weekly performance updates and insights
- Shift budget towards best‑performing content & audiences
- Work with platform reps on recommendations and new opportunities
- Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Test new formats, creatives & audiences to drive continual improvement
- Follow best practices for campaign structure and planning
- Spot new channel opportunities and try emerging formats
- Create media plans and forecast using historical performance
- Work closely with other marketing teams to stay aligned
- Brief social‑first content into creative teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes
- Manage Paid Search activity (planning, budgeting, optimisation, reporting)
- Share insights & opportunities with the Paid Social Manager
- Ensure customer data is captured and used effectively
- Manage your own workload and flag risks or blockers early

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, especially paid and organic social
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Confident analysing data and using Excel
- Hands‑on experience optimising Paid Social campaigns
- Comfortable presenting findings and insights
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Keen interest in digital marketing and staying up to date with industry changes
