Paid Social Executive
Hybrid – London (3 days per week in office)
About Us
We are a fast-growing creative and performance marketing agency working with ambitious Travel, haircare, lifestyle, and ecommerce brands. We combine data-driven media buying with social-first creative to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth.
We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our team and support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of exciting consumer brands, with a particular focus on haircare and beauty.
The Role
As Paid Social Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. You will work closely with internal strategy, creative, and client teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social platforms, performance marketing fundamentals, and social-first creative.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Support full-funnel paid media strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to improve performance against KPIs.
- Manage budgets, pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging.

Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion performance.
- Produce regular campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyse platform and ecommerce data to identify growth opportunities and optimisation actions.
- Support tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation across accounts.
Creative & Strategy Support
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing paid social assets.
- Support creative briefing processes and testing roadmaps.
- Keep up to date with platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity within the beauty and haircare space.
- Contribute ideas for new campaign concepts, formats, and scaling opportunities.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Support on client communications, reporting, and campaign updates.
- Work collaboratively across paid media, influencer, creative, and strategy teams.
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Skills & Experience
- 6 months to 2 years’ experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of paid social metrics and optimisation principles.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in beauty, haircare, ecommerce, and social trends.
- Experience working within an agency environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, or attribution tools is a bonus.
