Job Specification
Position: Paid Social Executive
Location: Flexible/Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Reports To: Paid Social Manager

What You'll Be Doing
Are you creative, analytically minded, and motivated to solve problems? We're looking for a proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and develop within a dynamic agency environment.
Working closely with the Paid Social Manager and the wider team, you'll play an important role in executing paid social campaigns while contributing to planning and strategy. You'll manage a varied portfolio of clients, delivering campaigns with creativity, attention to detail, and a focus on achieving measurable results aligned to client objectives. At the heart of this role are curiosity, experimentation, and creative thinking backed by data.
Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across major social media platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Use Meta Ads Manager to manage accounts, implement tracking, build audiences, and apply these skills across other paid social platforms where appropriate.

Optimisation & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise activity to improve ROI, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Plan and execute A/B testing across audiences, creatives, copy, and ad formats.
- Use performance data to inform decisions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign performance using platform insights, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Creative & Collaboration
- Develop an understanding of social creative best practice across platforms.
- Write or adapt engaging ad copy that drives attention and performance.
- Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and new advertising formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brief and develop effective creative assets.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience planning, activating, managing, and reporting on paid social campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Confidence analysing campaign data using Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
- A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Passion for paid social and an interest in emerging platforms, industry trends, and evolving strategies.
- Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest is desirable but not essential.
