Job Description

Paid Social Executive

About The Team

We’re a passionate team on a mission to make Vintage Cash Cow the go-to destination for giving pre-loved items a new lease of life. As we scale across the UK and internationally, Paid Social, particularly Meta, is a core growth engine, driving discovery, demand creation, and efficient customer acquisition at scale.

Our Growth team sits at the centre of this, combining performance marketing, creative, data, and experimentation to unlock scalable growth. Paid Social plays a critical role in this ecosystem, blending creative thinking with analytical rigour to drive both volume and quality.

About The Role

As a Paid Social Executive (Meta-focused), you’ll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of our Meta activity across multiple markets. Reporting into the Paid Social team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, working across creative, targeting, tracking, and performance analysis.

This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creative testing and performance marketing. You’ll help ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, creatives are continuously improved, and insights are fed back into the wider growth strategy.

While Meta is the primary focus, this role will also support the exploration and expansion into other Paid Social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels—helping test, learn, and scale new acquisition opportunities over time.

You will work closely with Paid Social, Creative, CRM, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are high quality, well tracked, and continuously improving.

Getting Started...

  • Support campaign execution: Assist in building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns across markets.
  • Creative procurement: Source, organise, and manage creative assets for campaigns (video, static, copy).
  • Creative QA: Review creatives before launch (visual quality, messaging, localisation, compliance).
  • Research & ideation: Generate new creative ideas, hooks, formats, and angles based on trends and performance.
  • Publish ads: Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time with correct settings and tracking.
  • Basic performance monitoring: Track campaign performance daily and flag anomalies or opportunities.
  • Tracking validation: Check Meta events, pixels, and conversions are firing correctly.
  • Workflow support: Help manage workflows for creative production, translations, and approvals.
  • Support reporting: Assist in building performance reports and extracting key insights.

Driving Excellence…

  • Creative testing mindset: Continuously test new hooks, formats, messaging, and audiences (micro-testing approach).
  • Performance optimisation: Support optimisation across targeting, creatives, placements, and budgets.
  • Creative feedback loops: Provide structured feedback on ad performance to improve future creative output.
  • Trend spotting: Identify emerging trends on Meta (formats, messaging, competitors, audience behaviour).
  • AI tool leverage: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, copywriting, analysis, and creative iteration.
  • Market expansion support: Assist in launching and scaling campaigns in new international markets.
  • Data-driven thinking: Apply an analytical mindset to interpret performance and guide decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Growth teams to align on priorities and outputs.
  • Channel expansion mindset: Support testing and early-stage scaling of additional Paid Social platforms (e.g. TikTok, Pinterest), identifying new growth opportunities beyond Meta.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
