Paid Social Innovation & Delivery Lead | Remote (UK) | £41,000 to £53,000 | £120pcm WFH allowance | Multiple Great Place to Work award wins | Quarterly paid meet ups
We're looking for a particular kind of person.
Someone who's genuinely excited by the technical side of performance marketing, who wants to go deep into the platforms rather than skim the surface. Who gets a real buzz from finding the faster, smarter, more automated way to do something, and who's constantly asking "how can we do this better?"
- Ecommerce experience is a must. You'll need to understand how fast moving, ecommerce led brands actually perform on Paid Social, not just the theory.
- You'll be shielded from the day to day client noise so you can focus on what you do best, taking clear strategic briefs from the Client Strategy team and building them flawlessly, with deep ownership of feed management, creative builds, reporting and data methodology across Paid Social.
- This is also a role for someone who's curious about AI and automation, not just aware of it. You'll be expected to actively test and adopt new tools that speed up delivery and free up time for the work that matters most.
