The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious digital marketer eager to build deep platform expertise and kickstart your career in paid social? Open Partners is looking for a Paid Social Junior Partner to join our team and support the technical activation of our Social vision for clients. Acting as the foundation of our delivery team, you will work closely with our Associate Partners to execute campaigns accurately and build platform mastery. This is an exciting hands-on role where you will learn fast, deliver error-free campaigns, and support continuous growth for our clients.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Accurate Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of paid social strategies by executing assigned campaign tasks accurately and following Open Partners best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in driving client growth by monitoring live campaigns, pulling performance data, and helping optimise for reach, response, and conversion.
- Quality Control & Pacing: Eradicate technical errors across all deliverables by following thorough quality assurance processes and pacing checks.
- Platform Mastery: Master the core fundamentals of paid social platforms, taking full responsibility for your personal technical delivery and tasks.
- Data & Reporting Support: Help transform raw data into clear performance narratives by compiling accurate reports and supporting slide deck creation.
- Co-Intelligent Working: Use AI tools in your daily tasks to streamline delivery, exploring new tools to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Full-Service Thinking: Build a strong foundational understanding of how paid social execution connects across Media, Creative, and Data disciplines.

- Audit High Scores: You consistently achieve high scores across all assigned best practice and quality audits.
- Error-Free Delivery: Your personal tasks and campaign setups are executed 100 per cent error-free and delivered on time.
- Co-Intelligent Output: You actively apply AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to improve efficiency and execution speed.
- Reliable Routines: You have established smooth, punctual routines for budget checks, data collection, and administrative tasks.
