💥 Paid Social Lead 💥

🚀 Fast-Growth Drinks Challenger Brand
📍 London
💸 Salary £70,000 - £80,000
💰 Annual Bonus
🤑 Equity

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger drinks brands.

Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is now looking to hire a Paid Social Lead to take ownership of one of its most important growth channels. You'll lead the Paid Social strategy across the UK and US, owning Meta end-to-end whilst also overseeing Google and Amazon Ads to drive continued growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an ambitious, founder-led business where Paid Social sits at the heart of the growth strategy and where you'll have genuine ownership, autonomy and influence.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

  • ⭐️ 6+ years' experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing roles.
  • ⭐️ Proven hands-on expertise managing Meta Ads at scale, with experience across Google and Amazon Ads highly advantageous.
  • ⭐️ Experience managing significant Paid Social budgets (£250k-£1m+ per month).
  • ⭐️ Strong track record of scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands through Paid Social, ideally within a high-growth consumer business.
  • ⭐️ Comfortable owning channel strategy, budget allocation, testing and optimisation, rather than simply executing campaigns.
  • ⭐️ Commercially minded, highly analytical and passionate about using data to drive growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
