About the role

We are looking for a passionate individual with Paid Social experience, who will play a critical role in delivering day-to-day best-in-class account management practices and demonstrate advanced Paid Social knowledge, which ensures the effective planning, activation & delivery of end-to-end campaigns from brief to analysis.

You will have your own dedicated clients you’re solely responsible for with the support of a digital executive.

You will be able to develop innovative campaign strategies across brand and performance which exceed client’s expectations and delivers against targets.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate within a team, work independently, meet media owners and partners, attend external and internal training sessions, be client facing and most importantly, feel welcomed, supported, and can progress.

The client remit for this role is to be defined; however, it may include clients such as The Telegraph, Stagecoach and Quilter.

Your key responsibilities are:

Client Servicing

  • Conceive, develop and guide Paid Social strategy for your clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the clients you are assigned to lead on and build strong relationships with all key client contacts.
  • Keep your clients up to date on major industry and platform developments.
  • Confidently present analysis, updates and strategic recommendations in face-to-face meetings.
  • Draw on specialist knowledge to identify opportunities to add value to clients.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the planning team and wider activation team to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Paid Social, and take opportunities to share knowledge with the team.
  • Play an active role in shaping client presentations, combining individual contributions with team insights to deliver comprehensive performance analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to agency-wide initiatives, such as knowledge sharing sessions and training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Delivery

  • You will plan and build campaigns to meet the requirements of the client’s brief.
  • You are responsible for checking the ad accounts you work across daily, to ensure they are pacing within forecasted spend and estimated delivery across our KPIs.
  • You will check tasks delivered by your Account Exec to ensure they are accurate and completed to a high standard, and coach them through areas of improvement.
  • You will be able to advise clients of conversion tracking requirements and set up via pixel tags.
  • You have a strong attention to detail. You can identify when something doesn’t look quite right and problem solve with recommended solutions; however, you’re not afraid to ask for help if you’re unsure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
