The Role

This is a hands-on performance role, and it is deliberately not a client-facing one. Our account managers own the client relationships, the calls and the reporting. Your job is everything behind that: the accounts, the creative, the tracking and the results.

You'll run paid social for a portfolio of private healthcare clinics from launch through to optimisation. That means owning the whole loop: the campaign builds, the video scripts and static briefs, the tracking that routes every lead to the right place, and the weekly decisions that move cost per lead and lead quality. We measure our ads on booked patients, not clicks, and you'll have our attribution platform behind you to do the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report to our Senior Paid Media Manager, so you'll be making the calls on your own accounts with an experienced specialist behind you.

What You'll Do

  • Run Meta ad accounts end-to-end across a portfolio of clinics: campaign structure, audiences, budgets and day-to-day optimisation.
  • Own the creative pipeline: write video scripts built on each clinic's offer and ideal patient, get footage filmed through our client process, shape the edits into ads, and brief static creative to our content team.
  • Onboard new clinic accounts using our launch playbook: asset access, tracking, offer and audience work, launch and post-launch checks.
  • Set up and maintain the tracking behind every account: pixels and Conversions API, lead routing through Zapier or Make into sheets and CRMs.
  • Review lead quality regularly and feed what you find back into targeting, creative and offers, so accounts improve on the metric that matters.
  • Run structured creative and offer tests rather than changing five things at once.
  • Feed clear performance data to account managers so client reporting takes care of itself.
  • Run the ads behind Klatch's own growth as well as our clients'.

What you won't do

  • No client calls.
  • No account management.
  • No presenting reports.

If your ideal week is building, testing and optimising with the client layer handled by someone else, this is that role.
