Who We Are
We’re part of Super Group, the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind some of the world’s leading Sports and iGaming brands.
At Red Interactive, we provide marketing and development services to online gaming clients to help them grow in the hyper-competitive UK online gaming market. We were founded in 2009 and have come a long way since then. We now power the marketing and technology of hundreds of sites in the UK. We are a personable, hands-on agency that cares deeply about innovation, constant improvement and setting high standards.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re on a thrilling journey of growth and innovation, and we need passionate, driven individuals to join us. At Red Interactive, every day is action-packed, and we expect you to bring your A-game. In return, you’ll find a supportive environment where your skills can flourish and your career can soar.
Paid social is one of Betway’s most important growth channels — a critical driver of customer acquisition, brand visibility, and competitive advantage. As Paid Social Manager, you’ll be the strategic lead behind our paid performance ecosystem, ensuring our campaigns are optimised, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Ready to become a game-changer? Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.
Why we need you
We’re building experiences that wow our customers – and that starts with bold, curious people who want to do work that matters.
If you’re hungry to grow, excited by impact and ready for a challenge that will supercharge your career, this could be your moment.
Betway is accelerating its global growth, and we’re searching for a highly skilled, data-driven Paid Social Manager to take our paid performance to the next level. You’ll be responsible for optimising Betway’s paid social strategy across multiple regions, ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable impact across acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance metrics, understands the nuances of sports and casino audiences, and knows how to turn platform data into powerful, revenue-driving decisions. You’ll shape how Betway shows up in paid environments, ensuring our campaigns are efficient, compliant, and consistently ahead of the curve.
If you’re ready to own the paid social engine of a global brand, this is your opportunity to make a serious impact.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
- Lead global paid social strategy across sports and casino verticals, managing full-funnel planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Oversee campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms, ensuring KPI delivery and ROI across multiple markets.
- Develop audience strategies (segmentation, lookalikes, retargeting), creative testing frameworks, and high-performing paid assets in collaboration with design teams.
- Manage and forecast significant budgets, introduce new vendors/platforms, and stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Ensure compliance with brand positioning, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming requirements while aligning paid and organic strategies.
- Provide performance insights to senior stakeholders, lead real-time amplification around major events, and collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Retention, Sponsorship, and Finance teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform reps and external agencies, and conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
