Paid Social Manager
Remote | Up to £40,000
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join a growing retail-focused agency, working with an exciting mix of ecommerce and consumer brands.
You’ll own paid social campaigns from planning and launch through to optimisation and reporting, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth for clients.
The Role
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta, with exposure to TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies around client growth and revenue targets.
- Manage budgets and optimise against ROAS, CPA/CAC, revenue and conversion.
- Build and run creative, audience and campaign testing programmes.
- Turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with creative and account teams to improve campaign performance.
- Report on results and communicate directly with clients.
- Support key retail periods including launches, promotions and Black Friday.

About You
- Ideally, you’ll have 2–3+ years’ paid social experience, either agency-side or working with ecommerce/retail brands.
- You’ll have strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, be comfortable analysing performance data and understand how paid social contributes to ecommerce growth.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Shopify or GA4 would be a bonus.
- You’ll be commercially minded, organised and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-moving agency environment.
