The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our EMEA Hub in London, working with a major global sportswear and fitness brand as part of an international digital activation team.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery, optimisation and governance of paid social campaigns across EMEA, working across multiple markets and closely with international teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on paid social expertise with a strategic and curious mindset. You’ll turn campaign data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for growth and help shape the future of paid social for a high-profile global brand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale and growth
- Manage audience targeting, creative testing and budget pacing
- Develop structured test-and-learn plans to drive incremental performance
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, turning data into clear insights and recommendations
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, tracking and QA across social platforms
- Work with analytics teams to ensure pixels and conversion tracking are implemented effectively
- Develop creative testing and messaging recommendations in collaboration with creative teams
- Build strong relationships with platform partners including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Identify opportunities to test new formats, beta products and platform innovations
- Collaborate with teams across multiple EMEA markets, sharing best practice and performance learnings
- Act as a key client contact for paid social planning, optimisation and innovation
- Support quarterly priorities, QBRs and client status meetings
- Help shape the roadmap for paid social maturity and innovation
- Lead the creation of paid social case studies and opportunity showcases

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest
- Experience managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data
- Experience producing performance reports and translating data into actionable recommendations
- A good understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking and campaign measurement
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-market or international environment
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients and platform partners
- A proactive, curious approach and a genuine interest in the evolving paid social landscape

Nice to Have
- Experience across paid search or programmatic
- Experience working with ecommerce, retail or sportswear brands
- YouTube or other social video platform experience
- Familiarity with automation tools, feed-based advertising or campaign optimisation platforms
