The role:

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager who already knows how to spend serious money on Meta and make it work.

This isn't a role where you'll be learning the platform. You'll own live accounts from month one, working to daily spend and cost-per-acquisition targets, making decisions in-platform every day that move numbers the same day. If you've only ever managed £2–3k a month, this isn't the step for you. If you've run high-volume accounts and know the difference between a campaign that's genuinely scaling and one that's just spending, we want to talk.

What you'll do

  • Own high-spend Meta campaigns end to end, build, launch, scale, and cut
  • Hit daily spend and CPA targets across multiple accounts, and prioritise where your attention goes when they're competing
  • Make daily optimisation calls on budget, structure, audience and creative, and know which lever to pull when performance moves
  • Brief and test creative at volume with our in-house UGC and production studio, creative is the main performance driver here and you'll treat it that way
  • Run lead generation for legal, finance and insurance clients, and small scale ecommerce exposure.
  • Extend into TikTok and other platforms as accounts require

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Comfort managing several accounts at once with daily targets on each
  • Strong analytical instincts, you interrogate the data rather than reporting it
  • Experience in a performance environment, agency or in-house
