Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager
Paid social is a key growth lever for Ohme, and this role is your opportunity to shape it. You'll own the programme end to end across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms, with the autonomy to set the direction, build the testing framework, and prove what scales. As the function grows, so does your scope, this is a role designed for someone who wants to take paid social to the next level and grow with it.
You'll work closely with our Creative team and local markets to deliver campaigns that drive real commercial results, with the budget, trust and support to make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage and optimise ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit and LinkedIn.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend pacing across platforms and markets. Reporting on the results to the various internal stakeholders.
- Tracking & Measurement: Maintain UTM structures, support pixel and conversion event implementation, and ensure accurate tracking is in place before campaigns go live.
- Performance Optimisation: Analyse key metrics like CPA, ROAS or CTR and improve performance, efficiency and ROAS.
- Creative Strategy: Create and implement periodical creative concept tests. Own and project manage the creative refresh schedule. Always optimising best performance creative rollouts through extensive AB testing. Coordinate the creative refresh schedule with local markets, Creative team and marketing.
- Audience Optimisation: Create, implement and continuously optimise the audience strategy. Matching the best performing ad copy for the target audiences and executing the periodical refreshes across all markets.

Who you are

- Self-Starter: We are a lean and effective team, the person will have the independence in the role to influence the direction of paid social programme for Ohme.
- (Desired) Exposure to Organic Social: You have experience in organic social content and boost, and have worked on common strategies across both organic and paid.
- Collaborative: You work well across teams and time zones, managing relationships with local markets, Creative and Marketing in a clear and organised way.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You're able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.

Required Experience
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience and expertise in Meta and TikTok ads managers and similar where applicable.
- Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analysis, experience in data driven decision making in campaign optimisation.
- Test and Learn Framework: Continuously test new formats, products and trends to keep the Social Media programme up to date with the most recent developments in the industry.
- Analytics & Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with GA4 and at least one reporting or data visualisation tool such as Sigma Analytics or Looker.
