Paid Social Manager | Travel eSIM | Liverpool Street | £55k + 15% bonus

You've managed big Paid Social budgets for clients. What if you could take ownership of one yourself?

A fast-growing Travel eSIM company is looking for an agency-side Paid Social specialist to take the wheel of one of its most important growth channels.

£2m-£6m Paid Social budgets. Increasing year on year. New products launching. A genuinely performance-led business.

And this isn't a role where Paid Social sits somewhere in the marketing mix and reports on impressions. It drives revenue.

The majority of the activity is direct-response focused, with a clear commercial objective: acquire customers, understand what makes them convert and scale the campaigns that work.

You'll be based in Liverpool Street, London, three days a week, working closely with the wider marketing team and having genuine ownership over how Paid Social evolves.

The exciting bit is the growth ahead. The business has increased its Paid Social investment year on year for the last two years, and there are new products coming through that will give you the opportunity to build campaigns from scratch, test the market and find the winning formula.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll be able to bring the thinking you've developed across multiple agency accounts and apply it to one brand, one customer and one growth story.

No constantly moving between clients. No handing over recommendations and waiting to see whether someone implements them. You own it. You test it. You see the results.

We're looking for someone who has come from an agency environment and is comfortable operating at serious scale. You'll need experience managing £2m-£6m Paid Social budgets, a strong direct-response mindset and a track record of making campaigns perform commercially.

Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is curious about why something works, not just whether it works. Someone who wants to get closer to the numbers, closer to the customer and closer to the commercial decisions.

This is a chance to move from being the person telling clients how to grow their Paid Social channel to being the person responsible for growing one.
