Reporting to: Head of Paid Media
About the role
As Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy, execution and optimisation of our paid media activity across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant channels.
You'll be a commercially minded digital marketer who knows how to turn data and insights into action. You'll work closely with the wider Performance Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Brand teams to build campaigns that not only drive traffic and revenue, but also strengthen the MP Activewear brand. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

As a Paid Media Manager (Clothing) You'll:
- Own and execute the paid media strategy across key acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Lead the planning and optimisation of paid search activity across Google Ads.
- Own budgets, forecasting and channel performance against key commercial targets.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with Creative to develop, test and scale high-performing ad concepts and creative.
- Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, placements and landing pages.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities.
- Produce regular performance reporting, clearly communicating results, insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, Brand and wider Marketing teams to deliver an integrated customer acquisition strategy.
- Support new channel launches and experimentation as the business continues to grow.
Other:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally across Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets and being accountable for performance.
- Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV and conversion rate.
- A data-led approach with the ability to turn performance data into clear actions.
- Experience developing and implementing structured testing programmes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and the customer journey.
- Experience working closely with creative teams to develop performance-led advertising.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get hands-on.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine desire to drive growth.
