Paid Social Manager
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our UK&I team and turn strategic vision into scroll-stopping campaigns that deliver real results. You'll be the driving force behind our paid social activity across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit – managing budgets, optimising performance, and building partnerships that help us connect with customers in meaningful ways.
The role will be published until 25th August 2026. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to join the team once a week in our Luton office.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll translate our overarching paid social strategy into detailed, actionable campaign plans that align with business objectives, developing comprehensive media plans with clear KPIs, targeting strategies, and budget allocation across platforms.
- Managing day-to-day budget allocation and pacing is key – you'll monitor spend against targets and make tactical adjustments to maximise efficiency whilst providing recommendations on budget optimisation.
- Overseeing ongoing campaign performance across all platforms is at the heart of what you'll do, continuously analysing data to identify optimisation opportunities and conducting A/B testing to drive continuous improvement.
- You'll maintain strong operational relationships with our platform partners at Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, coordinating on campaign setup, troubleshooting, and staying ahead of platform updates.
- Working closely with our Paid Social Specialist, you'll ensure seamless campaign execution whilst providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance team capability.
- Delivering regular, comprehensive reporting with actionable insights is essential – you'll translate complex performance data into clear narratives that inform future campaign planning and strategic direction.

ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in paid social media management with a track record of managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Your knowledge of paid social platforms is strong, particularly Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, including advertising formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- Experience in budget management and optimisation across paid social campaigns sets you apart.
- You're proficient in using social media advertising tools, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager, with Smartly experience being a bonus.
- Proven analytical skills allow you to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive results.
- Your excellent attention to detail combines with strong written and verbal communication skills, and you're comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
