Paid Social Manager – Fully Remote

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our paid social activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising and scaling paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on measurable business growth. You’ll work closely with creative, content, CRM, analytics and wider marketing teams to turn insights into high-performing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, data, testing and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Strategy
- Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with wider business and growth objectives.
- Own paid social budgets, forecasts and performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, audience trends, creative formats and industry best practice.
Campaign Management
- Build, launch and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, placements and optimisation.
- Monitor performance daily and proactively identify opportunities or issues.
- Manage retargeting, prospecting, lookalike and other audience strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked and correctly implemented.
Testing & Optimisation
- Develop a structured testing roadmap covering creative, audiences, messaging, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear actions.
- Continuously test and optimise towards KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue.
- Identify creative fatigue and develop strategies to maintain performance at scale.

Creative & Content
- Work closely with designers, copywriters and creative teams to develop high-performing paid social assets.
- Use performance data to provide clear creative briefs and feedback.
- Identify winning creative concepts and develop iterations based on performance.
- Understand the relationship between creative, audience, offer and conversion.
Reporting & Analytics
- Own regular paid social reporting and performance analysis.
- Provide clear insight into what is working, what isn't and why.
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and budgets.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure attribution and tracking are robust.
- Communicate performance and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures, targeting, bidding and optimisation.
- Comfortable analysing performance data and making commercially informed decisions.
- Experience running structured creative and audience testing programmes.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM and conversion rate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Desirable
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest or other paid social platforms.
- Experience working with ecommerce, lead generation, SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and attribution platforms.
- Experience with landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation.
- Experience working with large or rapidly scaling paid media budgets.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance creative.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will have:
- Developed a clear understanding of our customers, proposition and acquisition funnel.
- Audited existing paid social activity and identified key opportunities.
- Established a structured testing and optimisation roadmap.
- Improved campaign reporting and visibility of performance.
- Built strong working relationships with creative, marketing and analytics teams.
- Delivered measurable improvements against agreed acquisition and revenue KPIs.
