Overview
We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to shape high-performing campaigns for a global beauty portfolio at Digitas. You’ll turn audience insight, creative thinking, and performance data into paid social activity that delivers measurable impact. Working closely with clients and specialists across media, you’ll connect ideas and expertise to help ambitious brands grow. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership while developing others and advancing the craft of paid social.

Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage high-quality paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Make informed recommendations on budgets, channels, audiences, and campaign tactics.
- Improve performance through regular optimization of bids, targeting, creative, and investment.
- Lead structured testing and explore new platform features, technologies, and partnerships.
- Turn campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients.
- Partner with colleagues across media disciplines to coordinate investment and share learning.
- Oversee campaign delivery, quality assurance, financial reconciliation, and invoicing accuracy.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- A strong understanding of audience planning, segmentation, targeting, and campaign measurement.
- Confidence interpreting performance data and translating it into meaningful action.
- The ability to manage campaigns independently while supporting the quality of others’ work.
- A collaborative approach to client communication, cross-channel planning, and problem-solving.
- Experience coaching or sharing knowledge with colleagues to strengthen team capability.
- Clear attention to detail, sound numerical skills, and familiarity with Excel; experience of beauty or multi-market EMEA campaigns is welcome but not essential.
