The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and passionate Senior Paid Social Manager who excels in managing large paid social ad campaigns, client relationships, and internal creative teams. This role combines expertise in paid media with strong client management and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Media Management: Lead media planning, ad buying, and performance optimisation for key accounts
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate positive, open relationships with key clients
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal Content and Marketing teams for campaign delivery
  • New Business Development: Participate in pitches, including paid social strategy and media plan preparation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in paid social media strategy, campaign execution, and account management
  • Expert in optimising paid social campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Data-focused with proficiency in reporting and ability to analyse performance data to advise future strategies
  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
