The Opportunity
I'm currently partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing eCommerce businesses that's making serious waves in the retail space.
With millions of customers across the UK and an impressive growth story, they're looking to add a Senior Acquisition Executive to their high-performing digital marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across large-scale paid media campaigns with significant budgets, collaborating with an experienced acquisition team and playing a key role in driving continued business growth.
The Role
As Senior Acquisition Executive, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
You'll be responsible for:
- π± Building and optimising Paid Social campaigns across Meta & TikTok
- π Supporting Google Ads campaigns focused on customer acquisition
- π Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular insight into key metrics
- π§ͺ Running ongoing A/B testing to improve performance and maximise ROI
- π― Building and refining audience strategies across paid channels
- π‘ Researching new campaign ideas, targeting opportunities and platform developments
- π€ Working closely with senior stakeholders to continually improve acquisition performance

What We're Looking For
- βοΈ Experience running campaigns across Meta Ads Manager
- βοΈ Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
- βοΈ Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics including:
- π ROAS
- π° CPA
- π Conversion Rate
- π Campaign Efficiency
- βοΈ Comfortable analysing campaign data and turning insights into action
- βοΈ Strong Excel skills
- βοΈ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- βοΈ Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating within a fast-paced team
- βοΈ Able to work independently whilst contributing to a wider acquisition function
