Paid Social Manager
Leeds
£30,000–£45,000 + Benefits
Zealous Agency is working with a growing digital marketing agency in Leeds to find an ambitious Paid Social Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid social specialist who wants to take ownership of strategy, work across a varied client portfolio and make a genuine commercial impact.
You’ll lead paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat, managing campaigns from initial strategy through to optimisation and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead paid social strategy across a diverse client portfolio
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms
- Own budgets and performance, with a focus on ROAS, CPA and revenue
- Develop creative briefs and testing strategies
- Analyse performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with SEO, Paid Search, Content, Social and CRO teams
- Build strong client relationships and confidently present results and strategy
- Stay ahead of platform developments, trends and new opportunities

What we’re looking for:
- Proven agency experience managing multiple paid social accounts
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with at least one additional platform such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio and spreadsheets
- Understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels and Conversions API
- A creative mindset with experience briefing and testing social creative
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
