Paid Social Executive

Function: Media Buying | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy

Responsibility: Own and drive return on ad spend for a portfolio of e-commerce clients

Reports to: Growth Strategist

About Us:

Founded in 2019 by Olly Hudson and Joe Marston, Soar With Us has rapidly grown into one of the UK's premier advertising agencies for e-commerce brands. Our team manages significant Meta and TikTok ad spend for DTC brands spanning supplements, skincare, fashion, and home care.

As part of our next growth phase, we're evolving what we look for in this role. We're no longer looking for someone who simply implements a brief — we're looking for someone who can own an ad account end-to-end: understanding its working mechanics, translating strategy into execution, and making the account their own.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within your POD, predominantly on Meta (with some TikTok depending on client mix).
  • Audit ad accounts and use account/Triple Whale data to inform ongoing strategy and optimisations — not just execute what's handed to you.
  • Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate high-level paid social strategy into concrete account actions.
  • Effectively test and scale creative, both internally and externally produced.
  • Understand each client's targets and provide clear, proactive updates — including pacing updates (e.g. Monday and Friday) against monthly goals, with commentary on the bigger picture, not just the numbers.
  • Report to the Growth Strategist on key learnings, bottlenecks, and recommended future direction for each account.
  • Ensure every action taken in an account is grounded in the objectives and KPIs the Growth Strategist has set.
  • Maintain thorough ad account hygiene through clear structure and naming conventions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands (TikTok experience is a plus but not essential). Years of experience matter less than the level of budget and ownership you've held —
  • We're looking for people used to leading budgets of $250k+/month, not just years in a seat.
  • Experience across a range of DTC categories (e.g. supplements, skincare, fashion, home care) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
  • Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
