Department: 77-893 - Subscription - Digital Acquisition Media
Location: UK - London
Description
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and deeply passionate Paid Social Media Manager to join our team.
This isn't your typical digital marketing gig. To thrive here, you need to live and breathe sports. If your weekends are dictated by kick-off times, puck drops, or grand prix schedules, and you can comfortably pivot from discussing the NBA playoff picture to analysing Champions League tactics, you’ll fit right in.
This role will work across several of our high growth markets (NFL, Boxing, NHL, NCAA and others) as well as DACH which means you'll be working on Bundesliga, La Liga and European football competitions (plus more). A really unique opportunity for a sports fan.
As our Paid Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of our paid social campaigns. You will translate complex marketing objectives into high-performing ad sets across Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for scaling budgets efficiently while keeping your finger on the pulse of sports culture to make sure our creative hits home.
Important for you to know
If you're a fan of the NFL, you'll know Sundays are the biggest days of the week. During NFL season this might necessitate some Sunday evening work which is rewarded through time off in lieu, if you're already watching the games it's a nice way to build up some extra holiday or take some extra time off on another day of the week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
