Paid Social Executive
Leeds | Office Based
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Want to take your paid social career to the next level? If you have 2–5 years' experience in paid social and want a role where you can genuinely influence customer acquisition and sales, this could be a great next step.
Working for one of Leeds' leading D2C ecommerce brands, you'll take responsibility for delivering and optimising paid social campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, with a clear focus on generating customers and revenue.
This isn't a role where success is measured by likes or followers. You'll be working with budgets, audiences, creative and data to understand what converts and continually improve campaign performance.
If you're commercially minded, analytical and enjoy finding ways to make paid social work harder, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-growing ecommerce business.
The Role
As the Paid Social Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, helping to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
You'll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns, test different audiences and creative approaches, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
