We are working with a high-growth digital marketing agency expanding its Paid Social team due to continued client demand and new business wins. This is an exciting opportunity to join a performance-driven environment where your ideas are valued, your development is prioritised, and your work has a measurable impact on well-known brands.
Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of campaign delivery across leading social platforms, while developing your strategic thinking and client-facing skills. You’ll be trusted to run accounts with increasing independence, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to innovative testing strategies that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across multiple paid social channels while supporting both client growth and internal team development.
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
- Own weekly performance reporting with clear insights and next steps.
- Build and structure campaigns, including audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Collaborate on creative testing strategies and performance analysis.
- Lead client communications on smaller accounts and support senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social platforms.
- Confident analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Clear and structured communication skills for client and internal use.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
