The Role
Our Performance Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join us in London.
In this role, you will own the execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and future paid social platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving high-quality customer acquisition through creative-led performance marketing, combining data-driven optimisation with high-velocity experimentation.
Paid Social has evolved beyond campaign management. Success increasingly comes from creative strategy, rapid testing, audience development, automation, and platform-native execution. You’ll work closely with Creative, Digital Experience, and Data teams to continually improve campaign performance while contributing to Marketing’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and emerging social platforms
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and campaign pacing to deliver against ROAS, CPL and volume targets
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL and ROAS, making rapid optimisation decisions
- Develop structured testing programmes across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures
- Work closely with Creative and other marketers to develop platform-native creative strategies and high-quality creative briefs
- Turn campaign performance data into actionable creative insights and testing hypotheses
- Contribute to a high-velocity creative testing programme, continually refreshing messaging, hooks, formats and concepts
- Collaborate with CRO, Product Operations and Digital Experience teams to optimise the full acquisition journey from ad through to conversion
- Build and refine audience strategies including prospecting, lookalikes, broad targeting, retargeting and lifecycle audiences
- Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities within campaign data and translate these into clear commercial recommendations
- Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly reporting with concise, actionable insights
- Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, with robust tracking, QA and troubleshooting where required
- Leverage AI tools and platform automation to improve creative production, workflow efficiency and campaign performance
- Stay ahead of platform updates, competitor activity and emerging paid social best practice, bringing new ideas back into the business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
