Who we are
We're not one agency. We're two.
Pink Orange is our education specialist — the go-to performance partner for universities, independent schools and education brands who need to turn interest into enrolment. wonderwork is our challenger-brand engine, built for ambitious, category-disrupting companies who want to scale fast and market smart.
Different clients, different worlds, same relentless standard: we plan, buy and optimise paid social that actually moves the needle. We're growing fast — which is exactly why we need you.
The role
We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist who genuinely lives for this stuff — someone who reads the platform update notes before their coffee, is already testing the newest ad format before anyone else has noticed it exists, and takes real ownership of the accounts they run.
You'll work across a genuinely varied portfolio spanning both agencies — think fast-growing consumer brands, mental health and wellbeing services, and Russell Group universities — running paid social across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
This industry doesn't sit still, and neither do we. Between Meta's ranking overhaul, constant platform and targeting changes, and creative trends that move by the week, we need someone who treats change as the job, not a disruption to it.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients across both agencies.
- Own budget pacing, testing and scaling decisions — spotting what's working (and what isn't) before anyone has to ask.
- Dig into performance data and translate it into sharp, actionable insight for clients and the Head of Performance.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, new formats and algorithm shifts, and know how to turn them into an advantage for your accounts rather than a scramble.
- Partner closely with our creative and content teams to brief, test and refine ad creative that actually performs.
- Bring energy, ideas and a "let's just try it" mindset to a fast-moving team that never really sits still.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years' hands-on paid social experience, with meaningful time spent in an agency environment — you already know what "fast-paced" really means.
- Genuine, hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn — not just one or two of them.
- A track record of managing budgets, running structured tests, and making campaigns better — not just keeping them running.
- Sharp analytical instincts — you know the difference between a vanity metric and one that actually matters to the client's business.
- Self-motivation and drive. You don't wait to be told what to do next, and you move at the same pace as a fast-growing agency.
- The personality and culture fit to match a team that cares as much about who you are as what you can do.
