We're looking for a creative, data-savvy Paid Social Specialist to join our UK&I Marketing team and help us connect with customers across the social platforms they love most.

The role will be published until Wednesday 2nd September. This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will join the team once a week in our Luton office.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across our platforms, translating stakeholder briefs into well-considered media plans with clear rationale and estimated KPIs
  • Managing day-to-day campaign operations is key, you'll oversee targeting, budgeting and scheduling across multiple platforms, working with platform partners when needed to ensure smooth delivery
  • Partnering with our content team and platform partners, you'll help create compelling, on-brand creatives that truly resonate with our target audiences
  • We need you to continuously monitor campaign performance, analysing data to uncover actionable insights and running tests to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Clear communication matters here, you'll deliver regular performance reports with meaningful insights and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Staying ahead of the curve is part of the role, so you'll keep up with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms and new advertising features to identify innovative testing opportunities

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in both brand awareness and performance marketing on social platforms, with a strong track record in campaign planning, execution and optimisation
  • Your knowledge of social media platforms is comprehensive, you understand advertising formats, targeting options and best practices inside out
  • You're proficient with social advertising tools, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager
  • Excellent analytical skills are essential, along with Excel proficiency and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Your creative mindset and customer focus help you develop compelling ad content that connects with audiences, whilst your excellent attention to detail ensures accuracy across all work
