About PEAK
PEAK is a paid media agency based in Manchester city centre. We plan, build and run paid social and performance campaigns for a client roster that spans UK fitness, DTC homeware and consumer goods, beauty, and US luxury fragrance.
We are a team of five and growing off the back of new business. The founders still do the work themselves rather than selling an account and handing it to a junior, and we expect the same of everyone we hire.
Our view of performance is straightforward. Results come from creative quality and account structure far more than from targeting. Most of what we do day to day follows from that.
The Role
This is a role for someone with a couple of years behind them who is ready to run accounts properly rather than execute someone else's plan.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of paid social accounts across Meta and TikTok
- Build and maintain campaign structures that make performance legible and testing possible
- Plan and run structured creative testing across hooks, formats, angles and offers, and act on what the results actually show
- Brief creative, and give useful feedback on it rather than passing it through
- Own budget pacing, bid strategy and in-platform optimisation against client targets
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting that explains what happened and what you are doing about it
- Work directly with clients on calls, in reviews and over email
- Keep on top of platform changes and feed the useful ones back into the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A working understanding of measurement, including attribution windows, GA4, and the difference between platform-reported and actual
