Paid Social Strategist
Paid Media Agency
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 WFH)
Salary up to £40,000
This agency, a dynamic paid media agency based in Manchester City Centre have genuinely been smashing it ever since they were founded 3 years ago! They have no ego’s, don’t take themselves too seriously, but when it comes to client work, they are at the very top of their game.
They’re now looking for a Paid Social Strategist to join their growing team and be their 6th employee. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and love optimising paid social strategies for maximum impact, they want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of Paid Social accounts across Meta and TikTok
- Build and optimise campaign structures to support performance and testing
- Lead structured creative testing across hooks, formats, audiences and offers
- Brief creative teams and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Manage budgets, bidding and ongoing optimisation against client targets
- Deliver insightful reporting, explaining performance, learnings and next steps
- Build strong client relationships through calls and regular comms
- Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends

What they’re looking for?
- 2+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, agency side
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a must
- Good understanding of GA4, attribution and campaign measurement
- Confident analysing performance, turning data into clear insights and recommendations
- Attention to detail across ad copy, UTMs, naming conventions and creative
- Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining the thinking behind your recommendations
