Paid Social Strategist (POD Lead)

Alphageek | D2C and FMCG performance agency | Remote | Full-time hours

Alphageek scale D2C and FMCG brands on Meta, Google and email, for clients like Casio and G-SHOCK, across the UK, US and Dubai. Their line: they run like a growth department, not an agency, with no juniors running client spend.

What you'll own

  • The performance of every client in the POD against ROAS, CPA, MER and revenue
  • The weekly sprint: RAG status per client, and the fix before it becomes a retention conversation
  • The Media Buyers and Ads Assistants in your POD: direction, challenge and coaching
  • The strategy and testing roadmap across every account, not only your own
  • Hands-on build and recovery on the biggest accounts
  • At least one internal project at a time: an SOP, a testing framework or a tooling review

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
