Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be carrying out the tasks below:
- Kitting of Raw Materials
- Passing off paint via different test methods
- Loading of Raw materials
- Mixing various kinds of paints and coatings
- Following of step-by-step procedures
- Making manual adjustments
- Delivery of paint to filling lines
- Quality testing of products
- Assisting management with any quality issues
- An ambassador of HSE
- Strong work ethic
- Strong numerical skills
- Use of FLT
- Regular safety checks on equipment
- Regular checks on extraction systems

Previous Experience Essential
Rates of pay depends on experience and shift pattern
Forklift truck licence desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to complete tasks independently.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining productivity and quality standards at all times.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new processes, develop skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
