Paint Prepper
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Salary: Up to £35,000
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a skilled Paint Prepper to join a busy independent Bodyshop in Lewes, East Sussex. Working on a diverse range of vehicles including race cars, classics, sports cars, vans, and private customer vehicles, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environment where attention to detail and quality are key.
The Role
- Preparing vehicles for paint
- Carrying out sanding, masking, and primer application
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for the paint process to a high standard
- Supporting the wider paint and Bodyshop team
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Paint Prepper or vehicle preparation role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Time-served candidates will be considered
- Bodyshop qualifications are advantageous but not essential
