Paint Shop Labourer

Are you a hardworking Paint Shop Labourer looking for your next opportunity?

📍 Location: Normanton

💷 Pay: £13.00 per hour + DOE

⏰ Hours:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm & Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare products for powder coating by cleaning and rubbing down surfaces.
  • Load and unload parts for the powder coating process.
  • Inspect components before and after coating.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
  • Support production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with general labouring duties across the department.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards.

⭐ Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Practical, hands-on approach.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent reliability.
