Join Our Team as a Paint Sprayer!

Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard on a temporary basis. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality finishes and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Summary

  • Start date: September 2026
  • Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended or made permanent
  • Location: Leighton Buzzard
  • Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
  • Hours: Mon - Thurs 7am - 4pm and Fri 7am - 12pm

What You'll Do

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for applying various paint finishes to components, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Your role will involve:

  • Preparing work to be painted with precision and care.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings to complete tasks efficiently within the Paint Cell.
  • Ensuring that all parts are properly identified and documented.
  • Completing tasks within set time frames to maintain workflow.
  • Conducting maintenance and proper storage of equipment.
  • Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and contributing ideas.
  • Assisting with any other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
