About the Role

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Longton, providing high-quality metal cutting, bending and welding solutions to a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spray paint components and finished products to required quality standards
  • Mix paints and coatings to correct specifications
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Follow all company health & safety procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Assist with fabrication and assembly of engineering components as and when needed
  • Carry out routine maintenance on workshop equipment and tools
  • Report faults, defects or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years paint spraying experience
  • Willingness to undertake manual handling and labouring tasks
  • Good awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
