Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned vehicle restoration and refinishing specialist in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician / Car Painter to work on an exceptional range of classic, prestige, sports and luxury vehicles, delivering craftsmanship of the highest standard.

The Role
As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing a variety of classic and prestige vehicles to manufacturer and restoration standards.

Your duties will include:
- Vehicle preparation and masking prior to paint application
- Mixing and applying paints and finishes accurately
- Carrying out high-quality refinishing and paint repairs
- Colour matching and blending techniques
- Polishing and finishing vehicles to an exceptional standard
- Working closely with restoration and bodyshop teams
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality levels
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician or Prep & Paint Technician
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
- Has experience with modern refinishing techniques and paint systems
- Enjoys working on prestige, classic or specialist vehicles
- Can work independently as well as part of a skilled team
- Holds a full UK driving licence
