Pay Rate: £20.70 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers throughout Reading, Slough, Oxford, High Wycombe, Luton, and Bedfordshire.

Responsibilities
- Completing a range of external and internal mould treatments, painting and minor plastering repairs in occupied properties whilst achieving a durable quality finish.
- Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, such as filling cracks, sanding, scraping, etc.
- Applying various types of paint, wallpaper, and other finishes, using brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.
- Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
- Liaising with residents, contractors, and other staff, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Blue CSCS Card or Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Painting & Decorating (desirable)
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
- Basic DBS Check
