Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to join our Social Housing team across Greater Manchester.
Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied homes, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes that make a real difference to residents.

The Role
As a Painter & Decorator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality decorating works across kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating
- Carrying out internal decorating works to a high standard
- Working within occupied properties and live environments
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working area
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Working independently and as part of a wider site team
- Maintaining company-issued tools and equipment where applicable

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties
- Relevant trade qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
