Job Description:
Due to continued growth, Northbay Services are seeking to recruit additional Painter’s and Decorator’s to join our busy and expanding estates team.
We are looking to recruit the right candidates with experience in decorating and painting within the care homes we maintain.
Working Conditions:
Working remotely alongside a 2nd painter, the role will include some travel across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and the part of the North East. A shared vehicle and materials will be supplied.
Responsibilities:
You will be working within our care homes and will be required to undertake decorating within these to maintain a high standard across the estate.

The work will include:
- Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing/filling holes or removing old paint as required.
- Mixing, matching and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces and faux finishes as the project requires.
- Help planning and preparation of the work in an efficient manner and preparing the surrounding areas, such as moving furniture and equipment as necessary for the said project.
- Calculate the number of materials and time needed for the project.

Requirements:
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable employment references.
- Driving licence essential.
