Painter / Blasters - Fawley

Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Painter / Blasters to join the team at Fawley for upcoming outage site works.

This role will involve working 6 on 1 off shift pattern with 10 hour days (From September approx.), with a start from 21.09.2026 approx.

The position is paid under local agreements (£20.78 an hour)

The role is until 20/11/2026 approx.

Key Deliverables

  • To prepare surfaces to be painted
  • To paint interior or exterior areas, depending on site requirements
  • Blasting/spraying painting requirements
  • Keep working areas & facilities in a clean and safe condition

Key Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Painting and Blasting
  • CCNSG Safety Passport (Ideal not essential)
  • Painting Blasting qualification / card - OPITO, ICATS. Train The Painter or minimum NVQ Level 2 in relevant sector.
  • Belzona Applicators certificate (Ideal not essential)
