Various Sites Across Glasgow & Edinburgh
Trident Maintenance Services deliver high-quality property maintenance and refurbishment services across Scotland. We take pride in our professional standards, commitment to safety, and excellent workmanship, providing reliable services to a wide range of clients throughout the Central Belt.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Painter & Decorators to join our team working across various sites in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking consistent work, good earning potential, and the chance to be part of a professional and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting.
- Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes and rollers with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Follow site-specific risk assessments and all health & safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

What We're Looking For
- Time-served Painter & Decorator with an SVQ qualification.
- Valid driving license preferred, but not essential.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good level of physical fitness to undertake the demands of the role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Professional approach with a focus on health and safety at all times.

- Average weekly earnings of £650 - £850, excluding overtime.
