Boors Ltd are looking for experienced, time-served Painters & Decorators to join our team working on new build sites across:
- Spalding
- Crowland
- Surfleet
- Boston
- Sleaford
- Holbeach
- Long Sutton
💰 EXPERIENCED DECORATORS – £1,000 PER WEEK PRICEWORK
We are looking for decorators who can produce high-quality work, work efficiently, and take pride in their finish.
YOU MUST:

- Have proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Have experience working on new build sites
- Be reliable and hard-working
- Be able to work to a high standard and meet deadlines
- Hold a current CSCS card
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
❌ This is NOT a position for beginners, trainees, or people with limited decorating experience.
🛠️ CUSTOMER CARE DECORATOR – DAYWORK
We are also looking for an experienced Customer Care Decorator to carry out snagging and customer care works on new build properties.

This role will involve attending completed properties and carrying out high-quality remedial painting and decorating works, so excellent attention to detail and a professional approach are essential.
Daywork rate to be discussed depending on experience.
