Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join an engineering company on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months.
The role will initially focus on the complete repainting of a 6,500 sq. ft. engineering factory, including both walls and flooring. Following this, you will be responsible for refreshing the company's office areas, including painting and decorating approximately 10 rooms, including an open-plan office, and a reception area. There may also be some light finishing work, such as assisting with the installation of wall décor, canvases, and pictures.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and paint factory walls and flooring.
- Carry out surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and filling where required.
- Repaint and refresh office walls throughout the premises.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with basic decorative finishing touches where required.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Own tools preferred
