Role & Responsibilities
Prep Works
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to use sanding, scraping, and patching tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards.
