Interior and exterior painters for voids, refurbishments, and commercial refresh projects.
Full-time Manchester & Greater Manchester £28,000 – £36,000 per annum
About The Role
About the role
We need experienced Painters (and decorator-painters) to deliver clean, fast, high-quality finishes on void turns, refurbishments, and commercial spaces.
What you will do
- Prepare surfaces: filling, sanding, priming, and protection
- Apply emulsion, gloss, masonry, and specialist coatings to spec
- Work to room rates / programme without sacrificing finish quality
- Coordinate with other finishing trades on live sites
- Keep tidy work areas and complete snag-free handovers
- Advise Site Managers on materials and time for variations

What we're looking for
- Demonstrable professional painting & decorating experience
- High standard of finish and pride in preparation work
- Able to work to programme on voids and live occupied sites
- Own basic hand tools preferred
- CSCS card desirable
- Reliable transport across Greater Manchester
